These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the URBNSEA website and the purchase of our products. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. General Information
URBNSEA is an online store specializing in print-on-demand fashion and lifestyle products, operating within the European Union. All transactions are governed by EU consumer protection law and Portuguese law.
2. Orders and Prices
All prices displayed on our website are in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the one displayed at the time of purchase. Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation via email.
3. Payment
We accept payments via Stripe (credit/debit cards). All payments are processed securely. Your payment information is never stored on our servers.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to all EU countries, the UK, Switzerland, and Norway. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times vary by destination and are displayed at checkout. As our products are print-on-demand, production time of 3-7 business days applies before shipping.
5. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

Exceptions: As our products are custom-made (print-on-demand), the right of withdrawal may not apply to personalized items as per Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU. Standard (non-personalized) products are eligible for return.
6. Returns and Refunds
For eligible returns:
• Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Defective products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
7. Product Information
We strive to display product colors and details as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to monitor settings and the print-on-demand production process. Such minor variations do not constitute grounds for a return.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including designs, logos, text, images, and graphics, is the property of URBNSEA and is protected by intellectual property laws. Reproduction or use without written permission is prohibited.
9. Liability
URBNSEA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased products.
